Veidekke ASA: Konfektfabrikken, Oslo - phase 3

Veidekke Eiendom AS has awarded Veidekke Entreprenør AS the contract to build
the third phase of the Konfektfabrikken housing project in Rodeløkka.

The contract comprises the construction of 63 flats suitable for families and
59 parking spaces. The total sales value of this building phase is NOK 230
million.

Excavation and piling for the new building has commenced and the building will
be completed in the fourth quarter of 2013.

The 63 flats in the third building phase will range from 48 m(2) to 88 m(2) in
size. So far 57 of the flats have been sold. The planning and sale of phase 4,
which is the last phase with 54 flats, is already well underway. When the
project is completed it will comprise approx. 250 homes over five stories, two
underground parking levels and a kindergarten.

Veidekke is cooperating with the Norwegian Asthma and Allergy Association on
building homes with a particularly good and healthy indoor climate. By making
conscious choices and with well thought through solutions and materials,
Veidekke is creating healthy homes.
